Time Attendance Systems (Hardware and Software Combination) allowed Employer to digitally recored and collect the Time IN/OUT - breaks IN/OUT for each individual employee.
Collecting records via Key-in Number Smart Card, Biometric (Finger Print) or Face Recognition.
Transfer records to computer via USB memory, USB cable, Ethernet LAN cable or WiFi.
Analyses and calculate the actual time using Excel (or similar software) or by using vendor Software.
Connecting to Payroll system could be via copy/past the actual attended time or Export Excel Sheet to Payroll Systems or could be automated if the used payroll system allowed.
