Our route replay feature allows you to accurately monitor driver routes and behaviour, providing you with access to information on ignition status, arrival times, route deviations, as well as data and alerts on any instances of excess idling, speeding. Our route replay feature will help you ensure that your drivers keep to their designated routes and comply with acceptable driver behaviour standards, helping you improve both the efficiency and productivity of your fleet.

Our automated reports provide you with detailed insight into the movement of your fleet. With over 5 standard reports, including trip, as well as vehicle utilisation by hours or kilometres, you will be equipped with all the information you need to accurately and efficiently manage your fleet.

Our automated, real-time alert feature allows you to set up your own automatic notifications. Alerts on speeding, as well as notifications on vehicles entering Geofences and no-go zones. Alerts can take the form of windows interface and smartphone notifications.

Geofences

Our Fleet Management package enables you to easily create and manage Geofences, giving you the freedom to define your own no-go zones, business and client locations, and points of interest. You can be notified when any of your vehicles enter or exit a defined Geofence area. This is used to monitor the number of visits a vehicle has made to a specific location. And used to provide feedback on productivity. As well as providing your clients with details of times on location for billing purposes, and staff timesheets.

Traffic Feature

Using the new traffic feature on our mapping software you can view live traffic on your designated routes. Enabling you to redirect your drivers to an alternative route, saving time and money.

Dashboard

The dashboard gives you a quick overview of your vehicle stats.

3G Service

Trackvip current devices use 3G cellular network to communicate, giving you a better experience in live tracking. The unit will continue to track even out of cell phone coverage. What this means for you is that once purchased you shouldn’t need to change the units for next years.

Three years Warranty

Every Trackvip device comes with 3 years warranty. Whilst you have an active subscription with us, in the unlikely event of a device failure we will send the device free of charge within the 3 years.

Software Upgrades

All Software and map upgrades are free of charge whilst you have an active subscription, giving you peace of mind that your monthly subscription fee will stay the same.

Data Storage

Trackvip provides online access to 3 months’ worth of historical data. Trackvip’s data centres are of the highest quality to ensure that your data is safe and secure.

Training

To ensure that you utilise our Fleet Management product to its full capability, Trackvip offers a comprehensive training service and ongoing support.

De-installation and Re-installation Service

In the event of a change of vehicle ownership, or if you wish to transfer your unit from one vehicle to another, our highly trained Trackvip technicians will carry out the re-installation for a 100$ + GST per one device, at a location of your yard.

Providing Sim Card

We provide a sim card from Vodafone. All terms and conditions apply from these companies to our customers.

At Trackvip we understand that not every business is the same, so not every telematics solution should be the same.

Although most companies use tracking to help reduce the running costs of their fleet and to highlight inefficiencies, there is numerous other reason for monitoring your vehicles. Trackvip fleet management packages allow you to choose which features you will use and only charge you for these features. This gives you the freedom to tailor specific packages for specific vehicles and ensures you truly are in total control of your fleet.

There are 2 costs associated with GPS, 1 is the device and the other is the package.

You can choose from one of our popular packages below, we can work with you to customise a package that best suits your business needs.

DEVICE COSTS (EX GST, PER VEHICLE ) – All our devices are 3G ready, which means you should not have to replace them for the next 5 years.

OPTION 1 – BUY- Includes Installation, 3 years warranty, sim, and free software upgrades - $18 + GST per month (A one-off cost, and no contract)

OPTION 2 – LEASE- Includes Installation, lifetime warranty, sim, and free software upgrades - $24 + GST per month (36-month Term).
